No surprises. Here's exactly how a project runs.

Five stages, from the first conversation to years of support. At every stage you know what's happening, what we need from you and what you get.

The five stages. Scroll through a project, start to finish.

Stage 1

Map

We learn how your business really runs before we suggest anything.

What happens

  • Conversations with each team that will use the system
  • A look at your current tools, files and reports
  • Agreement on what to build first

What we need from you

  • Time with the people who do the work
  • Sample documents, reports and data
  • One person who can make decisions

What you get

  • A process map
  • A written scope
  • A timeline and price in the proposal

Stage 2

Design

You see the screens before anything is built.

What happens

  • Screens and flows designed around real tasks
  • Tested with the people who will use them
  • Changes made while they're still cheap

What we need from you

  • Feedback on the screens
  • Confirmation of fields, approvals and reports

What you get

  • Clickable designs
  • A signed-off plan for the build

Stage 3

Build

Built in stages, and shown to you working on your own data.

What happens

  • Development in short cycles
  • Integrations with Tally, GST, WhatsApp or your other systems
  • Your data prepared for moving across

What we need from you

  • A short review at the end of each cycle
  • Test data and quick answers to questions

What you get

  • Regular working demos
  • Visible progress against the plan

Stage 4

Launch

Go-live planned carefully, with your team trained on the floor.

What happens

  • Final testing on real scenarios
  • Data moved from your old tools
  • Training for every team that uses it

What we need from you

  • A go-live date that suits your business
  • Staff time for training

What you get

  • A working system
  • User guides
  • A go-live checklist

Stage 5

Run and grow

We stay on to support, improve and extend what we built.

What happens

  • Support when something needs attention
  • Improvements based on how the system is used
  • New modules and marketing as you grow

What we need from you

  • Feedback from your team
  • Priorities for what comes next

What you get

  • A named contact
  • Regular reviews
  • A system that grows with you

How we keep projects on track.

Scope in writing
What's included, and what isn't, is agreed before work starts.
Changes handled openly
New ideas are welcome. We explain the effect on time and cost before acting on them.
Visible progress
You see working software regularly, not just status reports.
Plain words
No jargon walls. If something isn't clear, we explain it again.

Who you'll work with. A small, senior team that stays with your project.

  • Engineers

  • Growth team

Questions we get asked.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. A single module can go live much sooner than a full system. You get a timeline in writing, in the proposal.

What if we want to change something mid-way?

That's normal. We note the change, explain its effect on timeline and cost, and go ahead once you agree.

Can we start small?

Yes. Many projects start with the one part that hurts most and grow from there, on the same records.

How do we stay updated?

Your project lead shares progress regularly and shows you working software at the end of each build cycle.

What happens after launch?

We continue with support and improvements under an agreement that suits you. Details are set out in the proposal.

Start with a conversation.

Send a few details. We'll call, ask how you work today, and show you the parts that matter to you.
