What WhatsApp marketing means for your business.
Many Indian customers read WhatsApp messages sooner than email. That makes it a strong channel for order updates, offers, reminders and quick answers. Done badly, it becomes spam. WhatsApp can then limit or block numbers that customers report, and rebuilding trust takes time.
The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's official route for businesses messaging at scale. It supports broadcasts to opted-in contacts, message templates approved by Meta, catalogues, buttons and chatbots. It connects to your CRM, store or ERP, so messages go out automatically when something happens.
Opt-in is required before you message anyone. We build it into your website, checkout, counters and ads, then send only what's useful. Every message has an easy way to opt out. WhatsApp messaging costs are set by Meta and billed separately from our fees.

Questions we get asked.
Can we message anyone from our number?
No. WhatsApp requires customers to opt in before you send business messages. We help you collect opt-ins through your website, checkout, stores and ads.
What does Meta charge?
WhatsApp messaging costs are set by Meta and can change. They're billed separately from our fees, and we help you estimate them before campaigns start.
Will our number get blocked?
Numbers get limited when many people block or report them. Sending only to opted-in contacts, with relevant messages and an easy opt-out, keeps that risk low.
Can we keep using the WhatsApp Business app?
It depends on your setup and what Meta currently supports. Sometimes a separate number is used for the API. We check what fits before starting.
Can WhatsApp connect to our CRM or store?
Yes. Chats can create leads in your CRM, and order, payment and shipping events can trigger messages automatically.
