One stock count across every place you sell.
Your website and every marketplace you sell on draw from the same stock. Orders, returns, COD and customer messages land on one screen, so you spend less time reconciling and more time selling.

What an e-commerce back office does
Most D2C brands start with a store and one marketplace. Then come three more channels, two couriers, a returns spreadsheet and a team that updates stock by hand. The back office is the layer that ties all of it together, so every order, return and payment is recorded once.
We build that layer around the tools you already use. Shopify can stay as your storefront. Marketplace orders flow into one queue, stock is deducted once, and settlements are matched against orders. Your marketing then works from real purchase history, not guesses, so offers reach the customers most likely to buy again.
What changes. The everyday problems we hear most, and what fixes them.

Questions we get asked.
We already use Shopify. Do we need to leave it?
No. Shopify can stay as your storefront. We build the parts it doesn't cover well, such as marketplace sync, returns and settlement matching, around it.
Can it handle several warehouses?
Yes. Stock can sit in several warehouses or fulfilment centres, and each order is routed to the one that holds stock nearest the customer.
Can it reduce COD refusals?
We can add checks such as WhatsApp confirmation and pincode history before a COD order ships. How much it helps depends on your customers and categories.
Do you run our ads too?
We can. Our growth team handles search, Meta and marketplace ads, using the same customer and order data the software collects.
How do we get an estimate?
Tell us your channels, monthly order volume and what hurts most. We map the work with you and share a scoped estimate after that.
