What grocery software does

Grocery runs on thin margins and fast-moving stock. Thousands of items, many sold loose by weight, some that spoil within days. Add online orders and riders, and the shelf, the app and the books drift apart quickly. Grocery software keeps billing, stock, fresh produce and delivery on one count, so every channel sells what is really there.

We build for supermarkets, grocery chains and quick-delivery stores, including dark stores. Counters bill fast and keep working through internet drops. Pickers get lists sorted by aisle. Riders get routes and proof of delivery. Owners see sales, wastage and margins by store every morning, without waiting for managers to send figures.

Questions we get asked.

Can it handle loose items sold by weight?

Yes. Weighing scales can print barcodes with weight and price, and the counter reads them directly.

Do we need our own delivery app?

Not always. Some stores start with WhatsApp ordering and a rider app, then add a customer app later.

Can it run dark stores?

Yes. Dark stores run as locations with their own stock, picking and riders, alongside your walk-in stores.

Can we sell on online marketplaces too?

Often yes. We can connect your catalogue and orders to the platforms you sell on. It depends on your setup, so we check it during planning.

What happens if the internet drops?

Counters keep billing offline and sync when the connection returns.
