What an ERP actually does.

An ERP keeps every department's work on one shared set of records. When sales books an order, stores, purchase, production and accounts see it at once, and nobody types it again.

Most Indian businesses already have part of this in Tally and Excel. The trouble is everything in between: stock checks by phone, approvals on WhatsApp, and reports rebuilt by hand every month.

A custom ERP is built around the way your business already works, your branches, your approvals, your reports. It connects to Tally and the GST portal instead of replacing what your accountant trusts.

What it covers. Six modules, shaped around your process. You only pay for the ones you need.

  • Inventory

    • Stock by branch, godown and bin
    • Batch, serial and expiry tracking
    • Transfers and reorder levels
  • Purchase

    • Requests, approvals and purchase orders
    • Vendor rates and comparisons
    • Goods receipt against the order
  • Production

    • Bill of materials and routing
    • Work orders by line and shift
    • Material issue and wastage
  • Sales and dispatch

    • Quotations to orders to invoices
    • Dealer price lists and schemes
    • Dispatch planning and e-way bills
  • Accounts and GST

    • Receivables, payables and ledgers
    • e-invoice straight from billing
    • Sync with Tally if you keep it
  • Reports

    • Owner's dashboard by branch
    • Stock ageing and movement
    • Month-end reports without Excel

One sale, every department updated. Nobody re-types anything.

  1. Order booked

Sales team or dealer app creates the order.

  2. Stock reserved

Available stock is held for this order.

  3. Shortfall raised

Missing material goes to purchase for approval.

  4. Dispatched

Invoice, e-invoice and e-way bill in one step.

  5. Books updated

Ledgers, GST and dashboards update themselves.

Questions we get asked.

Do we have to stop using Tally?

No. Many businesses keep Tally for accounts and GST filing and run operations in the ERP. Finished entries flow into Tally, so your CA's work doesn't change.

Can it handle several branches and GST numbers?

Yes. Each branch can have its own stock, staff, GST registration and approvals, with consolidated reports for the owner.

Can we start with one module?

Yes. Most businesses start with the part that hurts most, often stock or billing, and add modules later on the same records.
