Every beat, order and rupee collected, on one screen.

Salesmen take orders on a phone, vans bill on the route, and collections update each retailer's ledger as they happen. You see stock, dues and scheme claims without waiting for evening calls.

What distribution software does

A distributor's day runs across godowns, vans, salesmen and hundreds of retailers. Orders come in diaries and on WhatsApp, collections come in cash and cheques, and schemes change every month. Distribution software puts the beat plan, orders, stock, billing and collections on one system, so the office and the field see the same numbers.

We build it around your principals, your routes and your retailers. Salesmen get a simple phone app. Van drivers bill on the spot. Your accountant keeps Tally if you want. You get a dashboard showing what sold, what's due and which scheme claims are ready to send, by brand and by salesman.

What changes. The everyday problems we hear most, and what fixes them.

  • TodaySalesmen skip outlets on the beat, and nobody finds out.

With AviralVisits are checked in by location against each day's beat plan.

  • TodayOrders are written in a diary and typed again at the office.

With AviralOrders taken on the phone go straight to billing.

  • TodayRetailer dues sit in a ledger only one person reads.

With AviralEach retailer's outstanding shows on the salesman's phone before the visit.

  • TodayScheme claims to the company are rejected for missing proof.

With AviralEvery scheme given is recorded against its invoice for claims.

Questions we get asked.

Our salesmen aren't comfortable with apps. Will this work?

The app is built around a few large buttons: check in, take order, collect. It can be set in Hindi or a regional language.

Can retailers order directly?

Yes. A retailer app or WhatsApp ordering can sit alongside your salesmen, with the same prices and schemes.

We distribute for several companies. Can we keep them separate?

Yes. Stock, schemes, targets and reports can be kept per principal, while billing stays on one system.

Does it replace Tally?

It doesn't have to. Invoices and receipts can flow into Tally, so your accountant keeps working as before.

Can we track van stock?

Yes. Each van's load, sales, returns and cash are recorded, and the van is reconciled when it comes back.
