Will billing stop if the internet goes down?
No. Counters keep billing offline and sync sales, stock and payments once the connection is back.
Can we use our existing barcode printers and scanners?
Usually yes. Most standard scanners, thermal printers and scales work. We check your models before we start.
Do we still need Tally?
You can keep it. Day-end sales, purchases and GST entries can flow into Tally, so your CA's process stays the same.
Can franchise stores use it with their own GST numbers?
Yes. Each store can have its own GST registration, price list and staff, while head office sees combined numbers.
How much does a custom POS cost?
It depends on stores, counters, hardware and integrations. After a short discussion, you get a written proposal with scope and cost.
